Returning Goods.
Customer satisfaction is a priority to us at RUNWAY707. However occaisionally we know you may want to return or exchange an item. Below are our instructions of how to do so. Goods returned are deemed accptable if they have not been damaged, tampered with or worn. Goods will be accepted after a standard quality control check is made. Please make sure that tags have not been removed.

To make sure items are returned in their original condition, here are some guidelines to follow: When trying on clothing make sure you are not wearing any fragrance in access, make-up or fake tan which may leave scents or marks.
Contact pilot@runway707.com within 48 hours of receiving item and include your original order number and reason for return.
Item/or items must be returned to us within 14 working days after delivery. Return postage and handling is your responsibility. All refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3 working days from receipt of merchandise to us.
